Refurbishments

Refurbishment, extensions and alterations are typically complex projects. They require additional support at the front end of a project to understand the fabric and what may be found that are unknowns to deliver the scheme as well as complete it safely.

Being engaged with the local supply chain market as we are we can depend on them to be proactive as well as reactive to situations that may occur and need resolving quickly on these schemes.

We have a proven track record of working in heavily populated areas whilst completing these builds and delivering them safely for site staff and the general public.

The Duke of Wellington, Lincoln

Due to the location of The Duke of Wellington pub we had to approach this with timed deliveries in and out as the volume of traffic never reduces throughout the day. We implemented a system with our suppliers that was actioned on site to minimise disruption on the roads.
