Our history
Belvin Construction was formed in 2016 and has become a leading construction business in and around Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

Our core values are plan, develop, deliver (which is our brand line). This provides existing and new customers with a successful project from start to finish. We find that understanding our clients' briefs and working collaboratively delivers the best finish on all our projects.
We began our journey with small schemes for private clients but soon developed into a larger construction business through works with clients such as Lincolnshire Co-op, Ongo, LCC, NSDC, NKDC, Progress, Leap, Framework Housing, YMCA, Private Architects, and private clients. We have delivered many schemes for the listed clients as well as others, and these works consist of new food stores, refurbishment of listed buildings, housing sites, new school buildings and refurbishments, housing refurbishments, private residential builds, plus much more.
We work in all sectors within the construction industry, including but not limited to private residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, educational, and social residential. We have delivered many schemes since we started and have been lucky enough to be nominated as a finalist in the Lincolnshire Property Awards, as well as winning the National Residential House of the Year through LABC Awards. This also made it onto the long list of Grand Designs and was showcased on the programme on Channel 4.
Having repeat clients as well as new clients that come recommended through earlier completed projects shows that what the Belvin team achieves is to the standard that all clients expect and that we deliver on our core values within the business.
Belvin is going from strength to strength and has laid the foundations to grow even further and to build new relationships while keeping our core clients who have been with us from the start of our journey.
With over 40 years of combined experience we can create an environment that assists our clients in planning, developing and delivering the scheme. Our goal is to help you create projects that people can live in, work in and be proud to be part of.
The success we have experienced to date is due to listening and understanding our clients' needs and then utilising our knowledge and experience to provide a tailored professional service to meet their individual precise needs. At the outset, we assist in providing certainty and clarity of costs, offering ideas and alternatives where necessary. We use our management experience to programme and organise to include all subcontractors.
A number of projects to date have been extremely high-spec, one-off builds or refurbishments, providing us with new challenges at each opportunity that we have faced enthusiastically and have successfully worked with other professionals to deliver the scheme on time, within budget and to the specification requested.
Our goal is to become one of the leading construction companies that people can trust, believe in, and repeatedly choose to deliver their schemes.
We work under all JCT, NEC and homeowner contracts to deliver all our schemes and pick the right contract for the right project. We also undertake Design and Build (D&B) projects for key clients or standard contracts with Contractors Design Portion (CDP). We can take Principal Designer role under D&B contracts as well as CDP to assist with this under the CDM regulations.
We are Construction Line Gold Members as well as CHAS accredited, and we are currently working towards our ISO9001 & ISO14001. Working to these standards and having these certificates shows our commitment to our approach within Health and Safety, and Quality Management within Belvin.
The success of Belvin to date has been achieved through our clients believing in us and our approach and Belivn delivering this through the schemes we have undertaken.
