New Builds

Whether it be housing, commercial, industrial, healthcare or education we deliver it all.

Creating success in one-off builds or multi-housing sites is something we are very proud of. We utilise our supply chain plus our in-house joinery teams to produce fantastic developments for our clients.

We also believe in social value for the projects we are engaged with and contribute to the local economy by having the local schools, parish councils, and governing councils involved in our schemes in a variety of different ways.

Lincolnshire Co-operative employed Belvin Construction in 2021 to undertake a comprehensive renovation project in the heart of Lincoln. Belvin were awarded a traditional JCT contract following a competitive tendering process. On site for nearly 12 months, the team expertly managed a huge range of hurdles associated with working on semi-derelict, historic retail properties within an actively busy pedestrianised part of the city centre. The construction work was particularly challenging in part due to site constraints, though in addition Belvin were required to meet the exacting standards of the local Conservation Office, they had to operate surrounded by trading businesses without impacting their customers and on a limited budget they also had to deliver a quality product deserved of a place within our Cornhill Quarter regeneration scheme. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and we look forward to working with Belvin once again.

Sam Heathershaw, Lincolnshire Co-op

Belvin Construction were fundamental to the team delivering Barrow House & meticulously followed our design, to create a bespoke architectural individual house that has won many awards including RIBA Yorkshire Awards, LABC national best individual new home and shortlisting for C4 Grand Designs house of the year. Their attention to detail and pragmatic approach, alongside us and our client, delivered the scheme to the highest possible standard on budget and time.

Tom Williams , ID Architecture

“Belvin did a great job, moving at our demanding pace and delivering everything we needed. We loved our office then, and still love it now, and it’s often commented on as the coolest office in Lincoln!”
