Belvin Build UK ' Home of the Year' Our Grand Design in the Lincolnshire Wolds

Barrow House was constructed under the Paragraph 55 Act of Building in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, therefore had to be accepted by planning as something different for the area. This was achieved as stated using different materials such as Cor10, Trespa and the Green roof system, as well as a ground source heat pump to fuel the building at a lower energy output.

This build was a 40-week scheme that was delivered one week early with minimal snagging and an extremely happy client.

Works include:

  • Pilling works
  • Groundworks
  • Concrete retaining walls
  • Blockworks
  • Concrete planks
  • Fitting of a green roof
  • Cor10 and Trespa cladding
  • Underfloor heating throughout the property
  • Aluminum glazing to include 18 metre sliding doors
  • Full electrical and mechanical system to include the installation of ground source heat pump
  • Concrete shuttered island and worktop within the kitchen
  • Bathrooms and ensuites fully fitted
