Andrews Car Centre

This long standing business of selling cars contacted us to work on the alterations to the existing premises to move away from Car sales and into more service, MOT, and repair as their business model had changed. Therefore the works consisted in redeveloping the existing unit into a larger space for the new business model with 6 bays for ramps to work on cars, opening up the cladding and altering steels to accommodate higher vehicles to access the bays plus creating new meeting / office rooms and a customer waiting area. New electric’s and mechanical services were installed as well as external lighting and car wash bay facilities. Finally flooring and decorations and furniture finished off the new look for this business to deliver its new services now and into the future.

This development has been completed on the main Tritton Road, Lincoln into the city near other new growing businesses on a sought after business park. Therefore with this area being mixed use for leisure, manufacturing and services there was a lot of pedestrian traffic so managing just in time deliveries and timely programming to reduce contractor’s vehicles was essential to this build. Due the successful management of this project all construction and public were safe throughout the scheme delivery.

The scheme has been completed for our new client Andrews who have been a business to the Lincoln area for some 50 plus years.

The scheme has provided the Andrews with a new business model that will hopefully still be standing the test of time in the next 50 years and beyond.
