The interesting part of this sector is the specialist trades we use to complete the works such as lime plastering, plaster mouldings, heritage joinery packages to name a few.

Due to the location of The Duke of Wellington pub we had to approach this with timed deliveries in and out as the volume of traffic never reduces throughout the day. We implemented a system with our suppliers that was actioned on site to minimise disruption on the roads.
Conversion/refurbishment of 7 dilapidated retail spaces into 7 new lettable retail spaces.
