Lincoln College Summer Works

Our client Lincoln College always has an extensive refurbishment programme during the summer holidays, and we delivered 2 projects for them over this period in 2025.

We delivered the extension to the canteen space as our first job with the strip out of existing finishes and disposal off site, with new electrical works, flooring, Joinery, decorations and suspended ceiling works. This facility will provide necessary additional space for the college students to use through their courses and to meet up with friends.

We also delivered the refurbishment of the dance studio at the Drill. Works consisted of full strip out of existing finishes and disposal off site with alterations to M&E, plaster boarding, joinery, decorations, and flooring. This is a new course the college can offer now with this additional space provided for students to fulfill their potential in the Arts.

Whilst these are smaller projects than Belvin would normally be involved with it shows our flexibility with our clients and commercial competitiveness to secure these works from our competitors. Small works is an area of the business we are continuously growing and will continue to deliver these types of works throughout the years to come.
