New build dwelling located on a parcel of land off the main road in Barnoldy-Le-Beck with private views over the Wolds. Belvin had not worked with JH architects before but found them supportive and proactive during the contract. The contract was delivered with JH Architects administrating the contract and sitting as client and contractor mediator to deliver this fantastic property. The client had an existing house that they sold within the same village to relocate to this new build which was of vast scale compared to their previous home. Because of this they employed the Architect to deliver a white glove service where the architect picked all furniture even down to knives and forks for the client and to move into when complete. The works consisted of site strip, foundations, below ground brick and block and above ground brick and cladding, Roofing, Joinery, Timber windows & doors, paths and associated parking, new services, M&E, Joinery, plastering, decorations, flooring, and cleaning.

This development was the largest house build Belvin had completed and took time to understand the drawings and the design before implanting the works on site. Due to this planning all was delivered to the highest standard and even with Covid-19 delaying the project this didn’t deter Belvin to deliver this scheme.

The build also has an energy Performance Certificate rating of A, with Ground Source heating, and highly insulated walls and ceilings to provide greater thermal efficiency throughout the building.
