Wragby Road

Refurbishment of and existing commercial facility with one unit empty and two units remaining operational while the works were undertaken. The premises are owned by Lincolnshire Co-op and had to be programmed and managed to not impact the current businesses from trading so a team approach to planning and delivering was key to the success of the project. Belvin worked with Stem Architects, York Sill Engineers, & Eddisions contract administrators to deliver the facility which improved the efficiency and aesthetics of the buildings. The works consisted of removing existing cladding to roofs and walls, groundworks, extension steel frame and boxed sections, new roofing and cladding, Windows and doors and internal modifications.
This development was completed in the middle of a busy trading estate with limited space for parking therefore to retain relationships with existing businesses we had update meetings with liaison officers to limit the impact and update on progress.
The works were completed for our long-standing client Lincolnshire Co-op and maintains their investment into their property portfolio.
The site is now a finished space and provides another unit for let aswell as aesthetically providing a better finish and shapes the development for onward investment.
