A new build property from inception to completion with our client. A traditionally built house with one part timber trusses and the other part steel frame, all connected with a gallery entrance and a timber staircase feature.

This home was designed for an upstairs living space so our clients can appreciate the view from all aspects of their home, with a balcony off the living area for additional seating outside.

A log burner was installed with Air Source heating and PV. Underfloor heating downstairs and traditional radiators upstairs.  An air conditioning system was also installed to four spaces on a multi-vent system.

Works include:

  • Traditional build dwelling
  • Solar glass-protected aluminum glazing throughout
  • Full M&E installation with log burners
  • Feature handmade oak staircase
  • Extensive hard and soft landscaping works
  • Wine display store understairs with glass front
  • Cedar wrapped blockwork to front elevation and below roof overhangs
  • Media wall with acoustic panelling
