The existing property has been adapted to accommodate the needs of the owner’s disabled child by remodeling the existing ground floor space and extending to the rear to create a new bedroom and disabled shower room with associated external ramps and paths to the outside spaces..

Works consisted of groundworks, bricks and blockwork, roofing, windows and doors, Joinery, M&E, plastering, decorations, flooring, and external drainage, paths, ramps, and railings

Our CDP element of the works was the M&E part of the scheme however to accommodate the new building regulations aswell as confirm to DDA regulations.

The development had some changes required by our client above the specification however these were completed in the same allotted timeframe as that set out in the contract meaning they could still occupy the building with no delays to their clients.

This development was located in a heavily populated residential area so good site communication skills with the local residents including letter drops prior to start detailing who to call if they had an issue while the works were being undertaken was essential and due to this provided a essential project for our client with little or no impact on the surrounding neighborhood
