Refurbishment of and existing listed public house facility that was owned by Lincolnshire Co-operative however closed due to lack of trade to operate the facility. Belvin worked with Lincolnshire Co-operative, York Sills, & Eddisons contract administrators to deliver the facility back to a functional building for the local area where the building could be sold or let for the specific use it was created for. The works consisted of removing existing roofing finishes to all roofs and installing new with appropriate lead work and pigeon spikes, groundworks, Tarmac, render, windows and doors, paths and associated parking, M&E, Joinery, plastering, decorations, flooring, and cleaning.

This development was completed in the middle of bustling Lincoln town centre with limited space for parking therefore to retain relationships with existing residents and stakeholders we had update meetings as liaison officers to limit the impact and update on progress.

The works were completed for our long standing client Lincolnshire Co-operative and was one of many capital project refurbishments for 2023..

The site is now a fit for outward investment and located in a prime location for publican & restaurant trade for all to enjoy with the right new ownership.

The build has been upgraded with insulated roof spaces to provide longevity to the investment and a sustainable delivery of the overall scheme.
