Rase Vets - Gainsborough

Our long-standing client Lincolnshire Co-op had a business case to re-develop the existing Veterinary practice in Gainsborough and this was issued out for closed tender. Belvin were awarded the contract to complete the works. Lincolnshire Co-op owns the building, and their tenant Rase Vets wanted to expand their business.
Works consisted of a new extension to create a larger space for operations for animals and expand the current space so the veterinary practice could grow their business. This was due to having increased workload and more staff commencing at the facility.
Tasks completed were demolition, Groundworks, drainage, Tarmac, Brick and blockwork, Joinery, Roofing, Steelwork, Cladding, External Doors, Roller Doors, Windows, M&E, Air-Conditioning, IT services, Boarding and Skimming, Suspended ceilings, Decorations, Flooring and cleaning.
This development was completed on a busy site next to a Lincolnshire Co-op Food store therefore just in time deliveries were maintained to reduce congestion to the public and neighbors.
We also had to keep the food store and deliveries daily more than once, fully operational through the scheme therefore a close working relationship between Belvin and the Food store was developed to maintain the operations and cause minimal disruption.
The building has now been completed and has become a more efficient facility for Rase Vets and for the staff to increase deliverables.
