Conversion, extension and refurbishment of the existing vicarage to provide better accommodation for the new vicar. Working with the John Halton Design and the diocese closety through closed tender and then onto negotiation helped deliver the project through many design changes that provided what the Diocese wanted to achieve. Works consisted of major structural works, new roofing, chimney rebuilds, groundworks, carparking, fencing, rendering, new doors & windows, M&E, and all associated fit out works to fulfill the design.

This development was completed next to a live school and church so just in time deliveries, correct planning and updating the school and church on certain activities around funerals to keep the build on track. 

The site is in a conservation area and was of therefore key to uphold planning conditions whilst the building was delivered.

The build now provided not only a home for the Vicar but also a new church office and meeting room where visitors have a place to visit and hold specific confidential meetings where has become a real asset to the church.
