We are FINALISTS at The Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2026!
Belvin Construction Limited are excited to confirm that we have entered two of our developments into the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2026 and are finalists!!
The Marshes, Skellingthorpe
Belvin have been made a finalist in the 'Residential Project of the year (Over £300,000)'!
We are so pleased this development has been recognised for the social value impact it has had in Skellingthorpe, and providing much needed housing in the local community that is either affordable or rentable.
The development once had a bungalow on the site with a large garden and thanks to good design work with BPM Architecture, we delivered a scheme to the local planners that received full backing to create this sustainable development of 28 units for our valued client ONGO Homes.
This was Ongo’s first major development in Lincoln and showed their commitment to the local area.
Belvin took the scheme to Ongo and managed the full planning process through to construction and handover of all the properties.
YMCA Youth Centre
Belvin is delighted to share that we have been confirmed as a finalist in the 'Development project of the year (under 5 million)' category for our extension and refurbishment of the YMCA youth centre.
This project has already been recognised for its fantastic design (STEM Architects) and won an award at the INCA awards for rendering outstanding project of the year.
We believe by delivering this projects for the YMCA we have been part of a team that has brought a building back to life and re-connected a community with the spaces available inside.
