We are FINALISTS at The Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2025!!!
Belvin Constrcution Limited are pleased to confirm we are have entered two of our developments into the Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards 2025 and are finalists!!

The Old Rectory
The Old Rectory, a refurbished family home in South Kelsey, was regenerated by Belvin Construction to give its clients a better living space. After making a positive impact in their chosen fields of work, the owners of The Old Rectory decided to retire and undertake this project to provide a better home for them and their children.
Works carried out on the project included; demolition, groundworks, brick and blockwork, timber frame, joinery, roofing, M&E, plastering, decoration, tiling flooring, external patio and planter works.
This created a new family living space which includes a kitchen, living room, utility room, master bedroom and ensuite. As part of the project, the original listed part of the property was also upgraded with better heating, new bathrooms and full decorations.

The Co-op Laceby
Lincolnshire Co-op’s Laceby Food Store, which opened in June 2024, was built by Belvin Construction to provide a brand-new local amenity for residents in Laceby.
The food store is based on the site of the former Laceby Arms and, prior to development, the site was in a derelict state and in need of investment. Belvin Construction was appointed to demolish the rear part of the pub and retain the front sections - with one section forming part of the new food store and the other section becoming a new business opportunity, with lettable space for a micropub. By including the lettable space in the development, it was ensured that local residents will regain access to the social space that the Laceby Arms formerly provided.
